1. Data Controller
AIXHORN S.A.S., a company organized under the laws of Colombia with its principal place of business in Medellín, Colombia, is the data controller ("Responsable del Tratamiento") for personal data collected through the rödea website and checkout, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
2. What We Collect Here
- Buyer and administrator data: name, email address, and country, submitted at checkout.
- Promotional data: discount code used and selected membership plan.
- Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), and message, if you use the contact form.
- Analytics and cookies: Google Analytics is used to understand website traffic (pages viewed, general location, device type). See Section 7.
The website and checkout do not collect health data. Health and care information is only recorded once an administrator activates the rödea application; see the Application Data Policy.
3. Purpose
We use this data to operate the website, process checkout requests, send the administrator invitation email, respond to inquiries, and understand website usage to improve it.
4. Legal Basis
We process this data based on your consent (submitting the checkout or contact form) and to take steps requested by you prior to entering into an agreement with us.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and checkout (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
As a data subject under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to: know, update, and rectify your personal data; request proof of the authorization given; be informed about the use given to your data; revoke your authorization and/or request deletion when there is no legal duty to retain it; access your data free of charge; and file complaints regarding the handling of your data before the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

7. Cookies and Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
8. Data Retention
We retain checkout and contact data for as long as needed to complete the onboarding process, respond to your inquiry, or comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations.
9. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (such as hosting or email delivery) may process data outside Colombia. When this happens, we take steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.

We may update this Data Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
